Working with Behind the Cage (BTC) has been an exceptional experience. Connor is very personable and is extremely knowledgeable on the position. He is very keen on setting goals specific to each and every goalie, both in the short and long term. He is supportive, but also pushes you to be the best goalie you can be. In my 4 months working with BTC, they have been nothing but reliable, professional, and motivational. I have improved my game technically, but also mentally in my time working with them.
